 Massey has led two very diverse professional lives. For over 16 years he was a Police Officer, first in South Florida and then in Northern Colorado. For the past 20 years he has held various Senior Management positions within the resort industry, living overseas and in the islands for 12 of those years. But it was his time in Law Enforcement that molded his future.

He was one of the first professionally trained Forensic Investigators using mental imagery as an investigative tool.  As a Detective Sergeant he used his education in Forensic Mental Imagery to allow witnesses and victims of violent crimes to recall, with great detail, the events surrounding the crime but without the associated trauma.

It was during this time that fellow officers began asking for his assistance in areas such as weight loss, smoking cessation, relaxation before promotion testing and better overall self-image improvement. He opened a small clinic in Loveland, Colorado and, as they say, the rest is history. He was seeing clients non-stop on his only two days off. It became too much and he retired from Law Enforcement to devote his full time and energies to enhancing his skills and growing his business.


Massey began to produce mass public seminars throughout the western United States for personal self-improvement goals such as weight and smoking cessation. He also assisted local Orthodontist in relieving maladies such as bruxism, gag reflex, and dry sockets after extractions. He developed one of the first and only sales improvement programs utilizing  Relaxation Learning Therapy™. He personally developed this process and it has become the foundation of his series of programs.

Massey estimates that he has applied Relaxation Learning Therapy™ to over 8,000 individuals in his seminars and work within Law Enforcement. He has taken his thirty-years experience of Golf and Casino Gambling coupled it with his trademarked learning method to create two programs that are unique in the World. He firmly believes that if you visualize yourself as a winner, you will in fact be a winner. This is the essence of his programs, they are not to 'teach' the golf swing or 'teach' gambling techniques, they are to instill the confidence and focus necessary to succeed. He continues to accomplish this with great success, even with the most skeptical individuals.
